Abstract : Analysis of singly substituted ureas revealed that greatest CCK-A potency and selectivity were achieved upon substitution of the phenyl ring at the 2 position. The Me- and Cl-substituted analogs possessed greater binding affinity than their respective CF 3-substituted derivative.
