Abstract : Numerical studies on spectral estimates including the velocity bias in LDV signal processing are investigated with the three methods for spectral analysis. Particle arrival time statistics are modelled as a doubly stochastic Poisson process which is a conditionally Poisson process with intensity functions given velocity fields. Extended assessments of spectral estimators are scrutinized with varying the data densities, turbulent intensities and Reynolds correlations. (Author)
