Abstract : Seeding particles for LDV measurement were developed which have uniform diameter, spherical shape, low loose weight, and high melting temperature. The evaluation test results show that the use of the particles can extremely increase the signal quality and extend the measurable field of the LDV which can hardly be accessed by the conventional measurement methods.
